Since ARM is a complete change from the Intel (x64) CPUs previously used in Mac computers, software written for Intel CPUs does not run 'natively' on 'Apple silicon'. Versions prior to FL Studio 20.8.1 do not work correctly on Apple silicon (M1) powered Macs. When you load a FL Studio 32 Bit project in FL Studio 64 Bit, all plugins are automatically loaded with 64 Bit versions, if the 64 Bit version exists. When loading 64 Bit projects in the FL Studio 32 Bit the reverse is also true, FL Studio will try to find 32 Bit versions of all plugins. It would be easier for mac users but this item has been discussed quite recently. The thing is that the coding thingy (of which i forgot the name, which doesn't even matter) is for windows only, so making FL Studio on mac will basically mean a rewrite from the ground up.

Not the most convenient options for millions of Mac users, as you can imagine.
